Sunflowers

Sunflowers are beautiful. Just plant them and they grow. Of course, you have to tend to them, but they’re not hard, like some of the other plants out there. This is why sunflowers are so popular amongst children – because they are easy to grow! Not to mention the fact that they are beautiful.

Tomatoes

If you think that tomatoes are hard to grow, then you are only lying to yourself. You should read up on how to grow tomatoes and give it a try. You don’t have anything to lose, but you have a lot of red, juicy tomatoes to gain!

Cactus

Wow, some people do not have any luck with plants, but when it comes to the different types of cactus, they all of a sudden develop a green thumb. Some people only have that green thumb in the cactus category. The cactus was one of my first successful plants, while everything else would die, the cactus would live. They are easy to take care of. In fact, if you forget about them for a week, it’s okay with most of them, they don’t require a whole lot of water.

Black-Eyed Susan

When you plant this native daisy, you will not have to worry. I have never knew any pests to bother it and as for diseases, I have never saw one. The yellow blooms on it will grow for a long period of time. It is definitely pretty.

Lamb's Ears, 'Silver Carpet'

For your perennial beds, do you need an edging? Then this silvery, gray-green plant would look great! If you want to add a mix to your beds, then just add it in there too. It has a furry texture, so children are going to love it and as for the adults, they will love the velvety leaves.

There you have the 5 easy plants to grow. What do you think? Are you a gardener?
