Can I grow these types of roses in Seattle weather as well? Please suggest , I am a great rose lover

Since moving to Colorado, I've been unsuccessful with any gardening, including roses. At least I was able to plant my favorite rose bush at my mothers down in the south. It's a hybrid tea called Scentamental, yes with that spelling, and it's been thriving for over 5 years. Only issues we've had is fighting 'da black spots', arrg!
