1

Start with a Cart

A simple cart is a great place for your plants to live. You can fit a lot of them on there, too! A plain, white cart (or a bench, if that's more your speed) provides a lot of room to showcase your diverse plant collection and keeps everything in one place. Think of it as the focal point of the room, if you will.

2

Use Unique Vases

When it comes to styling your plants, picking out the vase (or planter) you want put them in is one of the most exciting aspects, for sure. Think about your home and space. What kind of look are you going for? If you want to inspire yourself in your studio, for example, pick a bold, brightly-hued vase in a fun shape. Or even one with a face!

3

Transform with a Terrarium

If you really want to add a breath of fresh air into your favorite room or space in your home, you can create your own terrarium. To put one together, all you need is a glass container, some succulents and/or air plants, moss, dirt, and a pinch of creativity! Most of these items can be found at your local arts & crafts supply store, too, so they're fairly easy to get a hold of. You'll have fun putting your terrarium together, and you'll have a unique plant decoration that's entirely your own. It's a win-win!

4

Fresh Cut Flowers

If you want near instant gratification with minimal effort (and to add a pop of color), fresh cut flowers are going to be your new best friend. Buy some blooms from your local farmer's market, grocery store, or Home Depot, stick them in a vase with some water, and you're set! And if you can't get out to the store, you can always find a local florist who can deliver your favorite fresh blooms directly to your door. Your local florist is a professional, too, so they can always make recommendations if you don't know a lot about flowers and aren't sure where to start.

5

Shelf Life

To take your lively plant décor to an entire new level, display it on a floating shelf. Place plants on shelves all around your home to give it a vibrant, fresh feeling. From your kitchen to your bedroom to your bathroom, even, you can put plants anywhere. Also, when you use a shelf, you have more room for plants—period—and you're displaying and storing them at the same time. Fit as many as you like, but save some space for your favorite knick-knacks, too, and you'll create a look that's truly your own.
