Figs Figs are actually one of my favorite fruits that are easy to grow and they are oh-so-tasty! If you are a fig-lover but had no idea that they were so easy to grow, you'll be happy to learn more about them! These figs need to be grown against a hot and sunny south/west facing wall. They are best when their roots are restricted and they are perfect to grow in a container. Think about how many recipes you can make with your awesome figs!

Strawberries

Strawberries Another one of my favorite spring fruits that I can't get enough of are strawberries. Strawberries that are picked right from the garden are absolutely beautiful and they taste so, so good! These fruits should be grown in a container or hanging basket. Super sweet strawberries are best to be picked throughout June and July. Think about how much better strawberry shortcake will taste with your very own home-grown strawberries!

Raspberries

Raspberries Raspberries are another fruit that are not only easy to grow, but they are so, so good and sweet when you pick them! You can grow these particular berries in clumps throughout your garden or in a container. You can pick these throughout late summer and early fall!

Rhubarb

Rhubarb If you're looking to make strawberry rhubarb pie, why not grow your own rhubarb? All you need is a sunny or semi-shady spot in rich and fertile soil and you'll start to see little heads of this particular fruit. Once this fruit settles into the dirt, you don't really need to do anything else! I actually love this particular fruit and it's super easy to grow!

5

Tomatoes

Tomatoes Tomatoes are my favorite in the hot summer – they taste so good! These particular plants are great in a pot or even right in your garden! They need to be in the sun 90% of the time, so keep that in mind when you are growing your tomatoes.

Blueberries

Blueberries If you are looking for another container fruit plant, you should invest in some blueberries! This particular fruit does need really acidic soil, which you can buy at your local garden center, but once you get the right soil they are low maintenance. The best part? They will come back year after year – if you keep the plant alive!

Pomegranates are also very easy to grow and once they start bearing fruit, it's nearly impossible to eat all those yummy fruits without giving them away. I don't know why they're so overpriced at the grocery stores. Just be careful about black widows. They love to hide at the bottom of a hanging pomegranate to catch insects.

Chicas Im gonna start to grow starwberries , What do i add to the container bsides water ??

Agree with strawberries. Very easy to grow. My family and I would throw out bruised/rotten strawberries and stems in the backyard instead of the trash. Within a year or so, strawberries were growing in our backyard!
