Hey, to start with, before you go on with the other ways to get your husband to work in the garden, why don’t you just ask him? You never know, just asking him might help you out. If he has time on his hand and he’s good man, he’ll help you. However, if he works a lot, he might be tired and may not want to help you.

You could tell him about the experience that he will get from working in a garden. Tell him about your experience.

Did you know that working in the garden relieves stress? This is one of the reasons as to why I enjoy working in a garden. Very therapeutic, I think.

Does your guy think he needs to start exercising? Then tell him how working in a garden is good exercise. It really is. It’s a great way to burn calories.

I like working in the garden with my husband. I think it is a great way to have fun. Show him just how much fun it can be. It is also a great way to communicate. Ahh, there’s nothing like communicating as you are digging a hole for a garden.
